We will endeavour to keep this page up-to-date at all times but please also check the Latest News sidebar on our Home page.
It is important, especially in times of bad weather, that you keep an eye on this website for information on any meets you are thinking of attending in case we have to cancel them at short notice. We may have no way to get in touch with you and we would hate for you to have a wasted journey so please check here for the latest information before you set off. We should also broadcast messages on Facebook and any channels we may open in future (e.g. Twitter) but this website should be your first port of call.
The Committee has decided that anyone who helps out with stewarding for a weekend meet will camp for free for the duration of that weekend.
Please let the Committee know if you are able to help at any of our events where we still need to find Stewards. We cannot run an event without Stewards.
